All you’ll need to do is let us know what time you think you’ll arrive, and what types of service you need done. Depending on your bike and the parts needed, we may ask you to come on a different date to allow time for the parts to arrive.

New Motorcycle Tires

All you’ll need to do is let us know what time you think you’ll arrive, and what types of service you need done. Depending on your bike and the parts needed, we may ask you to come on a different date to allow time for the parts to arrive.

Once you place your order, we will notify the warehouse of your shipment. They will then process the order and ship it from the nearest warehouse to your location. For most of the continental United States, ship time is typically two business days.

Passenger Tires

The exact mileage is unknown. However, here at Ely’s we take pride in our products and only sell tires that we feel have more than enough life left on them. So no need to worry, buy with confidence!

ABSOLUTELY! Our online team is hard at work diligently picturing and inspecting each and every last product. The reason that we do this is because no two used tires will ever be the same. We wouldn’t want to buy something without seeing the actual item first, and we wouldn’t expect you to either.

Used Motorcycle Tires

Sure, no problem! Please give us a call (954-228-3597) at least 24 hours in advance so we can have your item ready for you to pick up.

Each motorcycle tire we sell has been freshly painted with an approved motorcycle tire pairnt that does not adversly affect the performance of the tire.

Shipping costs are typically separated due to the size and shape of each tire. However, we physically attach multiple tires to each other so they do not get split up in transit. Contact us to provide a multiple-item shipping discount.

If we see a small defect in the tire such as a hole or divot, we’ll outline it in white and snap a photo. We do this to ensure you see all minor imperfections on the tire before purchase. Please note that any holes or marks noted in pictures will not affect the performance or reliability of the tire.

Yes! We take pictures of every item we sell at multiple angles. We want to make sure you know exactly what you’re getting before it arrives.

Rims

OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. This means that these wheels are the same ones that come stock straight from the dealership!

Payment Options

PayPal is the preferred payment method online, however we do accept all credit cards as well. You may also choose to let PayPal process your credit card by not logging in to PayPal when you pay.

Returns & Refunds
Should there be an issue with your order, please contact us right away. We are more than happy to assist with order problems, product issues, address changes, or similar issues.

If there is a problem with the order that cannot be solved, we’ll request the purchased item be returned to us. Depending on the situation, we may provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. All you need to do is print the label, attach it to the box, and leave it with any UPS driver or UPS location. Once the items is returned to us in the same condition it was shipped in, we will issue a refund. The refund will be given via the same method in which the item was paid for.

We may also opt to charge a 15% restocking fee for certain returns, in order to cover original shipping. A detailed description of fees associated with the return will be provided as soon as the returned item is received.

Shipping Options

All of our items are shipped via UPS ground or USPS. After the item has been purchased, UPS or USPS will pick it up within 1 business day. All tracking numbers will be uploaded to eBay for easier tracking. Customers in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are welcome, however, please message us before purchasing. We also welcome customers from Canada, however please note you will be responsible for all applicable duties and taxes, and incur a $30 s/h charge on top of the shipping (usually free) for your order.

All shipments over $100 will be sent with delivery confirmation, meaning a signature will be required on delivery. All shipments over $200 will be sent with adult delivery confirmation, meaning an adult over 21 years of age must sign for the package to be delivered. You may opt out of this requirement by sending us a message with your order, stating you prefer to ‘opt out of delivery confirmation’.
